2026 Winter Frost Season

There are five divisions: Women’s Division, Men’s Comp. Division, Men's Novice Division, Coed Division, and Coed Master’s Division. The Coed Master’s Division plays on Wednesdays. The Women’s Division plays on Sunday, Men’s Divisions play on Sundays. The Coed Open Division plays on Thursdays.

Women’s Pick-Up Sessions: (Ages 16+)

Starts 1/18/2026
- Cost: $50 Player Fee - Payment plan available 
- Registration Due Date: 1/18
- Season Length: 6 Weeks
- Game Days: Sundays 5-8pm (time pending)
- Group Organized - Showed up & play
- Format: depending on # of players
- Game Length: 60 Minutes
- Game Location: Fargo Park Sports Center 
 

Men’s Competitive Division: (Ages 16+)

Starts 1/11/2026
- Cost: $1,700 Team Fee divided among the players/sponsors
- 2 Referees
- Registration Due Date: 1/5
- Season Length: 9 Weeks
- Game Days: Sunday between 5:00pm to 10:00pm
- Format: 8v8 (no offsides; max player roster of 16)
- Game Length: 60 Minutes
- Roster Max - 16 Players
- Rosters Close - The Evening of your 3rd game
- Game Location: Fargo Park Sports Center
- Awards: Championship Team Trophy, Dry Fit Shirts, Soccer Ball

Men’s Division Rule: Teams must have matching jerseys with numbers on the back (no duplicate numbers). Please reach out if you have issues meeting this requirement. 

Men’s Novice Division: (Ages 16+)

- Cost: $1,500 Team Fee divided among the players/sponsors
- Registration Due Date: 1/5
- 1 Referees
- Season Length: 9 Weeks
- Game Days: Sunday between 5:00pm to 10:00pm
- Format: 8v8 (no offsides; max player roster of 16)
- Game Length: 60 Minutes

Men’s Novice Division Rule: if the league feels your team is too competitive. You may be asked to move up.

COED Master’s Indoor Division: 

Starts 1/14/26
- Cost: $2000 Season Fee - Payment plan or Pay in full
- Registration Due Date: 1/7/26
- Season Length: 12 Weeks
- Game Days: Wednesdays between 7:00pm and 10:00pm
- Format: 7v7 (no offsides)
- Game Length: 50 Minutes
- Roster Max: 18 players
- Rosters Close - The Evening of your 3rd game
- Game Location: Fargo Parks Sports Center
- Awards: Championship Team Trophy, Dry Fit Shirts, Soccer Ball

COED Division Rule: Teams may have no more than 3 male field players. The goalie is not included in this count and can be any sex. The count should be 3 female players, 3 male players and a goalkeeper.

Master’s Division Rule 1: Women must be 23+ years of age. Men must be 35+ years of age. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Master’s Division Rule 2: Rosters are open for 3 weeks. After this time captains can add female players until the playoffs. Male players can only be added if you remove a player from our roster. For example - John is on my roster but he hurt his knee and is done for the season. You can remove John and replace him with another male player. 

Master’s Division Rule 3: Subbing a player from another team - Teams are only allowed to sub one female player from another team, if they do not have a female sub. No male players can be subbed from another team. Rosters are closed during the end-of-season playoffs; meaning players can only play for their rostered team during playoffs. 

 

COED Division: (Ages 16+) 

Starts 1/15/26
- Cost: $1450 Team Fee divided among players/sponsors
- Registration Due Date: 1/7 
- Season Length: 9 Weeks
- Game Days: Thursdays between 7:00pm to 9:00pm
- Format: 7v7 (no offsides; max player roster of 15)
- Game Length: 50 Minutes
- Game Location: Fargo Parks Sports Center 
- Awards: Championship Team Trophy, Dry Fit Shirts, Soccer Ball

*FM City Soccer reserves the right to make modifications as applicable to any and all seasons described above. Registered captains will be promptly notified if any such changes are to be made prior to the season beginning.
